Cancellation policy
The following provisions supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Verival Bio GmbH (GTC) for the use of product subscriptions:
(1) Definition - For certain products we offer the option of ordering by subscription. By this we mean the regular delivery of the product ordered online without the need to place a repeat order for it. Only products for which the subscription configuration options are displayed on the product detail page can be purchased by subscription; for products with several variants (e.g. different sizes), the conclusion of a subscription may be limited to one or more variants.
(2) Term and cancellation - all our subscriptions are valid indefinitely and have no minimum term. Each subscription can be cancelled by you (the buyer) or us (the seller) at any time without giving reasons. Subscriptions that we have already started to execute before receiving your cancellation and have already sent you a corresponding order confirmation will still be invoiced and delivered. The cancellation can be made in writing by e-mail or via the "Cancel subscription" function in your customer account.
(3) Subscription order options - To configure a product subscription, we offer you several delivery intervals to choose from on the product detail page (e.g. every 4 weeks) and delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified when ordering.
(4) Delivery and shipping costs for subscriptions - Subscription orders will be dispatched as far as possible within the delivery interval ordered. If there are delays in delivery (e.g. due to public holidays or the unavailability of products), the delivery will be made at the next possible date.
We will deliver a subscription delivery whose value is above the value limit for free shipping without charging shipping fees. For subscription deliveries that do not reach the value limit for free shipping, the shipping fees will be charged according to the shipping weight and country of delivery.
(5) Price adjustments of subscriptions - the product and shipping costs for orders may increase during the term of the subscription (for example, due to higher costs of raw materials or price changes by our shipping service providers). We will inform you of any upcoming price changes by email so that you have the opportunity to cancel your subscription if necessary. If you do not cancel your subscription after notification of the price change but before the next upcoming delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and we will continue the delivery.
(6) Subscription payment - payment of subscriptions is only possible by credit card and Paypal. Billing takes place on the day after the subscription is due. Local payment methods such as Klarna Invoice, Klarna Pay Now or iDEAL cannot be used for subscription purchases.
(7) Automatic or code-based promotional discounts and discounts of the type "Buy X, get Y" as well as shipping cost exemptions do not apply to subscription deliveries.
Gift vouchers used to pay for subscriptions will only be applied to the first payment.
(8) Subscription management - you can manage your subscriptions yourself in your customer account. After logging into your customer account, you can do the following:
- Skip deliveries
- Change your delivery address
- Change your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
(9) Data protection - We process your personal data for a specific purpose and in accordance with the statutory provisions. Further information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy.
