2. Tip: Ingredients for a healthy breakfast To-Go
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is considered a local superfood, and for good reason. They contain healthy fiber that fills you up for a long time and also provide a huge portion of vitamins and minerals.
In addition, they are versatile and not only make themselves good in our mueslis and crunchies, but also make a delicious hot breakfast as porridge.

Whole grains
Simple carbohydrates such as sugar or white flour provide energy quickly, but make you hungry again just as quickly.
In order to stay full for a long time and to keep your blood sugar level as constant as possible throughout the day, it is therefore advisable to use whole grains.
So the next time you order your breakfast from the bakery, make a conscious decision to go for the healthy whole grain version.
Nuts and seeds
Nuts and seeds not only give your breakfast that special something, but also make it a whole lot healthier. Both provide your body with protein and healthy fats, which keeps them full for a long time.
Both nuts and seeds are among the best porridge toppings for this reason and are a popular ingredient for cereals.

Wake-up glasses or screw-on glasses, for example, are particularly popular. Because glass is not only heat-resistant and tasteless, but also hardly wears out.
So that you can still enjoy your porridge warm on the go or at work, a thermal container is worth taking away. How about, for example, our thermal mug To Go in two colours? It keeps your porridge nice and warm and also offers an extra compartment to keep your toppings fresh and crisp.

Another plus: you avoid unnecessary packaging waste, as you can use your containers again and again. In addition, the lovingly packaged breakfast tastes even better.
